IT IS WHAT IT IS

Although we are often not aware of it, our discursive mind is busy making judgments. Lots of judgments. So much so that we often close the door on our actual lived experiences in favor of listening to our judgments. But, behind the closed door of our judgments is where the magic of our everyday life resides.

If we can maintain an open state of wonder and cultivate not knowing, these doors of judgment can swing open. No longer constrained by good and bad, the winter wind stings our cheeks directly and the rains of spring soak our shoes thoroughly. It is what it is!
